If you're experiencing technical issues with gameplay or other site functions, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve the problem.
Here’s how to do it on different devices and browsers:
On PC:
Google Chrome:
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three dots icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select More Tools and then Clear browsing history.
4. Choose the time range (select All Time to delete everything).
5. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
6.Click Clear Data.
Safari:
1. Launch Safari.
2. Click Safari from the menu bar and select Preferences.
3. Go to the Advanced tab.
4. Check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
5. Click Develop in the menu bar and select Empty Cache.
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Click the menu button and select Settings.
2. Go to the Privacy & Security panel and scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
3. Click Clear Data....
4. Check both options and click Clear.
On Smartphones:
Google Chrome (Android & iOS):
1. Open the Chrome app and tap the menu icon.
2. Tap Settings, then Privacy, and select Clear browsing history data.
3. Choose the time range and check the Cached images and files box.
4. Tap Clear Data.
Standard Android Browser:
1. Open the browser settings and tap Privacy under Advanced Settings.
2. Tap Clear browsing history data.
3. Select the time range and check Cached images and files.
4. Tap Clear Data.
IPhone (Safari):
1. Go to Settings and select Safari.
2. Tap Advanced, then Website Data.
3. Tap Delete All Website Data.
