Identity verification is required when you submit a withdrawal request. Additionally, MCC Bet may request verification at any point if deemed necessary to ensure the security of your account or comply with regulatory guidelines. This helps protect both you and the platform.

How long does it take to review my application?
Authentication takes place in as little as 10 minutes to 24 hours.

Once the document submission is completed, is there no need to do so in the future?
You will be required to resubmit the application if requested to do so.

I have moved and do not yet have proof of address. Can I change my registered address?
You may be asked to provide documentation of a change of address upon our request.
In such cases, we will not be able to accept the request unless it matches your ID.
